Service industries are involved with proving service of professionals. It is a type of business that provides services to customers rather than producing a product. It is an industry in that part of the economy that creates services rather than tangible objects. It is an industry such as banking or insurance that provides a service but does not produce anything. It is a business that does work for a customer, and occasionally provides goods but is not involved in manufacturing.

It is the branch of manufacture and trade based on the building, maintaining, and repairing structures. This includes drilling and solid mineral exploration. This industry is mainly an urban-based one which is concerned with preparation as well as the construction of real estate properties.
