A system of internal control refers to the procedure by which organizations sustain environments that support incorruptibility and prevent fraudulent activities by administration and workers. The organization’s board of directors, management, and other human resources are accountable for the internal control system.
Adapting to the external environment: It must be adapting the other external environment. The external environments of a business are those factors external the company that influences the company’s capability to the task. For example, some external fundamentals can be manipulated by company marketing, while others necessitate the organization to formulate alterations. Managers can also actively work to influence their external environments through voting and using the media to manipulate public opinion.
