Dear Sir,
I believe that if we were to ask the teachers, students and their families, they would agree with me that this is wrong and needs to be fixed sooner than later. (Describe in your words). As you know I am using the ground you have given me to teach kids how to play different types of sports as safely as possible so that they don’t get hurt playing on their own. (Explain all about the situation). We need to take the time to make a plan and put it in place to change our playground too so it can work for everyone who goes to school here. We need a playground that reflects all the students that make up our awesome school. First of all the ground needs new grass and this time in going to recommend getting artificial grass so that it will save money and last longer. (Explain your expectation).
