Human Resource Management is the set of activities reaching to procuring, developing, maintaining, and utilizing a group of people for the proper functioning of organization activities and achieving goals. It is used to explain both the people who work for a company or organization and the division liable for managing resources related to employees. It is the practice of recruiting, hiring, deploying, and managing an organization’s employees.
Human Resource Management (HRM) is the function within an organization that focuses on recruitment of management and providing direction for the people who work in the organization. Human Resource Management can also be performed by line managers.
HRM is therefore focused on a number of major areas, including:

- Training and learning
- Labor and employee relations
- Organization development
