Human Rights

The idea of Human Rights was created as a means of awareness. Human rights are the rights that a particular Individual enjoys. All human beings are born free and they are entitled to enjoy equal dignity and rights. The human rights include freedom of speech, freedom of belief, freedom of the press, right to education, right to food, shelter, etc. Men, women, and children together and independently have these by virtue of their birth as human beings. One should have the Independence to express his views and Ideas without Interruption from others. These rights and their execution, and protection are a benchmark of a really developed, civilized and democratic society. The fundamental freedoms and these rights are protected by the state. Classification of the human rights – Personal rights (personal dignity, freedom, and security), Political Rights, Economic Rights (right to property, right to inherit), Right to social security, Cultural and Economic Rights, Right to Food, Right to work, and Right to education. etc. The Oxford Power Dictionary (1993) defines human rights as the ‘basic freedom that all people should have’.

Again, we should have the freedom to stick to what we believe is correct. All Individuals have the right to the bask needs like food, education, etc. These are the rights that declare that all human beings no matter what gender, race, religion language and etc., are all evenly allowed to our human rights. Each and every Individual has the Inherent characteristic of reason and conscience and they should put there into action when necessary. All Individuals should net towards one another in the spirit of brotherhood. Citizens of a country should enjoy full freedom and should have the right to go to another country and be back whenever he wishes. The main human rights feature is that they are interdependent, interrelated and indivisible. They are very vital for making sure that all humans get treated evenly. They are in fact necessary for a good standard of living in the world.

Again, all individuals have the right to be safe in their own country hence protection should be ensured by the government. Moreover, individuals should make no distinctions among one another irrespective of race, color, sex, language, etc. The international law of human rights imposes on the state compulsion to execute activities to endorse and defend human rights. These rights are protected by law. For example, my right to speech and appearance involves my duty to all others to enjoy the similar freedom of speech and appearance. In short, human rights are very essential for a happy living of human beings. Thus, everyone has the right to enjoy human rights and they should know how to preserve their own dignity.
