Human Resource Management (HRM)  is the set of activities reaching to procuring, developing, maintaining, and utilizing a group of people for the proper functioning of organization activities and achieving goals. HRM is the function within an organization that focuses on recruitment of. management of, and providing direction for the people who work in the organization Human Resource Management can also be performed by line managers.

The natures of Human resource Management – There are many natures of Human resource management. Some natures are given below –

Collecting human resources: Human resource manager should plan for appropriate human resource policy in the organization and try to collect it.

Electing: Human resources cannot help achieve the goal of Human Resource Management without selecting.

Guidance and placement: Proper guidance and placement can encourage human resources to perform their assignments.

Training and developments: Training and development mean changing what employees know, how they work, their attitudes toward their work, or their interaction with their co-workers or supervisors.

Remuneration or Wages: Workers come to work in the organization for getting remuneration. Without it, human resource cannot work. The human resources should be given resoluble remuneration to work properly.

Employee services: As a human resource manager, he must ensure employee services. An employee should be given service packages to work properly.

Full utilization of human resource: Human resources properly utilize and managed by HRM which can streamline the growth of an organization.

Maintaining discipline: Human resource managers should take proper disciplinary actions indiscriminately when indiscipline arises.

Giving advice: Human resource Management give advice to the employee or workers for improving quality of the organization.
