Supplement Part of a Proper Report
The supplement section of a report includes the following two parts:
Bibliography: Bibliography is the list of references of secondary information that have been consulted when preparing the report. In preparing a long informational or analytical report, the reporter takes help form various books, journals, newspapers and from other available published documents. The names of those secondary sources are listed alphabetically in the bibliography. A rich bibliography enhances the worthiness of the report.
Appendix: An appendix contains supplementary materials or information related to the report. Information given in the appendix supports the body of the report and certifies the authenticity of the report findings. Materials contained in the appendix include questionnaire used for collecting primary information, tables of raw data, statistical formulas, financial statements etc.
