Areas of Social Performance
Social performance is defined as “the effectual changes of an institution’s task into performing in line with usual social values.” In other words, social performance is about creating an organization’s social duty realism, whatever that duty is. It measures how well an organization has translated its social goals into practice.
Social performance is to be determining areas that are given below:-
- Business needs to respond in terms of social properties. All need can’t be met at once, therefore, properties must be determined.
- The degree of connection between social performance area and regular business activities. Business to perform economic activities in social constructive wags.
- The business primarily should work is its areas of competence. If a business like competence to work in the social area cannot satisfactorily acquire this competence then its social involvement might cause more problems than it corrects.
- The business social performance should not be of the types of destroying, business economic performance. Again of social performance at the expense of economic performance.
