Managing Directors
Managing director is the person with the most senior position in a company and with the responsibility for managing all activities of a company. He is the chief executive to whom all power and responsibility are handed over. Managing director means a director who can perform all kinds of activities on behalf of the board of directors, someone who controls resources and expenditures. In general, meeting controlling powers of managing directors are presented and agreed by the directors.
Managing director is the chief executive and a full time paid an employee. With ultimate responsibility for the company’s performance, the Managing Director will report to the Chairman and shareholders whilst leading a Board of Directors. He/she maintains relation among the parties of the company. He or she reports to the Chair or board of directors. Responsibilities include: Formulating and successfully implementing company policy. He has to perform duties as director of the board of directors, has the overall responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations, and has to be bound to do it.
