Problems of Strategy Implementation
Strategy implementation is concerned with the managerial exercise of putting a freshly chosen strategy into place. It is a procedure that puts plans and strategies into action to reach desired goals. For example, strategic implementation within a business background might engage in developing and then executing a new marketing sketch to help increase sales of the company’s products to consumers.
