Release of the 16MP Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C E Ink Tablet

The Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C E Ink tablet has been announced. It has a 16MP back camera and a color E Ink display. The new tablet resembles the Boox Tab Ultra in specific ways. However, it has a Kaleido 3 E Ink display, which offers more vibrant colors than the previous model. The Tab Ultra C has four refresh settings and an octa-core Qualcomm processor.

The first tablet in the Onyx tablet range with a Kaleido 3 E Ink screen is the 10.3-inch Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C. The Kaleido 3 is the most recent E Ink display technology, and it produces colors that are more vibrant and lively than those of preceding generations. Despite having a higher color resolution, it can still only have 4,096 colors.

The colored e-ink display of Onyx’s Boox Tab Ultra C E Ink tablet creates a vibrant experience.

The E Ink color screen offers a resolution of 300ppi while viewing black and white material and 150ppi when watching colorful content. The colors on the tablet appear softer and pastel-like, yet more vibrant, than on the previous model. The colors on the Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C display aren’t as bright as they might be, but they’re still fairly good.

The E Ink tablet has blue light reduction technology and a front light for more comfortable reading. According to the business, the screen is more responsive and will play movies without lags. Last year, the monochromatic Boox Tab Ultra was released, and both models include OCR functionality for their cameras. Document scanning is simple with the Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C’s 16MP rear camera. The device is intended for professionals, and such a feature is really helpful when traveling.

The Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C offers a 4GB/ 128GB RAM/storage combination and a 6300mAh battery. The Ultra C tablet can also access up to 10GB of free cloud storage. The Pen2 Pro pen and a magnetic case are included with the $599.99 tablet. On May 10, the Boox Ultra C will be delivered, and a reduced keyboard case is also available for $50.
