Xiaomi has stated that on February 26 at the MWC 2023 event, it will introduce the Xiaomi 13 series to the global market. The Xiaomi 13 Lite will also be a part of the Xiaomi 13 series for the international market, according to a leak by tipster Snoopy Tech.

Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 13 Lite will all make their debuts at MWC 2023, according to the report. Unknown to some, the vanilla and Pro variants have already been introduced in China as of December 2022. The Xiaomi CIVI 2, which is only available in China, is thought to have been renamed the Xiaomi 13 Lite.

On the same day, Xiaomi will also introduce the Xiaomi 13 Pro in India. The standard model won’t be made available in the nation, though. It is unknown if the business intends to introduce the Lite model in the nation.

With specifications like a 6.55-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display with curved edges, Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage, and a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging, the Xiaomi 13 Lite is anticipated to launch. It boasts 32-megapixel dual front-facing cameras and three 50-megapixel back cameras for photography.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset powers the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro. Both phones sport 50-megapixel triple rear cameras and a 32-megapixel front camera. Both models include panels that allow a 120Hz refresh rate: 6.36-inch FHD+ and 6.73-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED screens. The Pro edition of the Xiaomi 13 features a 4,820mAh battery with 120W quick charging and 50W wireless charging, whilst the Xiaomi 13 has a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging. The Android 13 OS, with MIUI 14 on top, powers the Xiaomi 13 range of devices.
