What is Safety Glass?

Safety glass is an important apparatus that is used in the laboratory to protect the eyes from chemical reagents during different experiments. These types of glass resist shocking, particularly a combination of two sheets of glass with a middle layer of visible plastic.

There are some chemicals that can decay glassware. If the glassware is kept in an unclean state the iron of water and the chemicals can decay this glassware. For this reason, glassware is kept in a clean state.

Example: Toughened glass, Laminated glass, Wire mesh glass, Engraved glass, etc.
